Privacy policy

This policy explains what CalculatorX does with information when you use the site. It was last updated on 8 November 2026.

Who this policy covers

CalculatorX publishes the calculators, guides, and policy pages on this website. Privacy questions go to [email protected].

Calculator inputs stay in the browser

When you press Calculate, the page works out the result on your device. Those values are not sent to us as a saved calculation, and we do not ask you to create an account.

Do not type secrets you would not want on a shared screen, such as a full bank password. The forms ask for amounts, dates, and similar figures, not for account passwords.

Information a host may log

Like most websites, the server or the company that hosts it may keep standard request logs. Those logs can include your IP address, browser type, the page address, and the time of the request. They are used to run and protect the site.

We do not sell personal information. We do not run a mailing list from the calculator pages, because those pages do not collect an email address.

Cookies and advertising

The site can remember the light or dark theme you choose. That choice is stored in local storage on your device, not in an account.

If advertising is turned on, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads, to measure them, and to limit how often you see an ad. The links below go to Google’s own pages and an industry opt-out page.

Blocking cookies in your browser may change how ads load. The calculators still run without an ad cookie.

Children

The site is a general audience reference. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes and requests

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it. Continued use of the site after the new date means you are using it under the updated policy.

To ask a privacy question, email [email protected]. There is no account to delete, because calculations are not stored as an account.
